• What do I do if I have received a faulty or incorrect item?
  We are very sorry if you have received the incorrect or faulty item Please send an email to customercare@a-collection.shop or alternatively send us a message on our WhatsApp and we will be happy to help. Please send us your order number along with an image of the item that you have received along with a brief description of the issue. If you believe that the item you have received is faulty, please contact us the same day of delivery, otherwise we may not be able to accept your return.
• Do I have to pay duty and import charges/taxes?
  Please be aware that depending on your order and Country, you will be liable to pay any local taxes and duties on receiving your order. A_Collection cannot does not? accept any liability for paying these taxes and duties.
• How do I track my order?
  Once your order has been received and processed you will receive a tracking number to the email address that you provided us with during checkout which can be used to check the status of your shipment.
• Can I combine or add to my existing order?
  If you have seen something that you would like to add to your existing order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible either via WhatsApp, Instagram messenger or at customercare@a-collection.shop. If your order has not been dispatched we will be able to help and add new items to your order without any additional shipping costs. If your order has already been dispatched then a new order will need to be created and shipping charged.
• Authenticity of A_Collection Items
  All of our products are hand sourced and their authenticity is checked by our team. If you are unsure about the authenticity of an item that you have received, please contact us at customercare@acollection.shop and we will look into this for you.
