REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the vintage clothing market, please take into consideration that all pieces have had a previous life. Even when marked deadstock or otherwise, vintage clothing has been moved around, stored, and most importantly worn!

We try our best to accurately disclose the condition and any major irregularities of each piece.

If you do have an issue with your order when received, please establish a conversation within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution. Vintage and international numerical sizing can be tricky, so we prefer to base our sizing on measurements. Please bare in mind we are based in the EU/UK where sizing may vary from your region. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us via instagram @a____________collection and we will be happy to supply you with any information you need before making your decision.

We do not accept sizing returns. Colours may vary slightly due to computer monitor settings; we cannot therefore accept returns due to colour issues.

SHIPPING POLICY

A___________Collection is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged
during shipping. We do everything in our power to neatly and securely package orders
and get them shipped out in a timely manner. Once your package enters the postal
system any postal issues should be taken up directly with your local post office.

A_Collection aims to dispatch all items within 1-3 working days. The buyer will be notified once the item has been dispatched, with details of tracking information.
